1)The period stated within which your orders are dispatched is approximate.
2)Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities
3)We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.
4)In the event of any claim for lost or delayed items, you agree not to file a claim with paypal until at least 21 days have passed for UK deliveries, and at least 28 days for worldwide deliveries.
5)The products sold on the site are provided for private domestic and consumer use only.
6)This service may only be used to purchase goods and may not therefore be used as a 3rd party dropshipping service.
7)We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them
8)We endevour to respond to all emails within 24 hours
9)You understand that from time to time a product may become discontinued and thus withdrawn from sale.
10)You understand that from time to time a product may be temperary out-of-stock, and will be dispatched as soon as humanly possible.

The sales information, images and page layouts, graphic files are for the sole use of Supreme-Software, and may not be sold and/or reproduced by 3rd parties.

RETURNS

All items sold by supreme-software are coverd by our seven(7) day rule.
As long as the item has not been opened and is still in origional
condition we will accept it.
There is a restocking fee of 10% and all postage is non refundable.
In the event that your item is faulty which is very rare then
we will replace your item. And crediting you your postage cost
for returning the item.
